When I first made this set years ago, I just knitted them plain. But then I always think that something is missing. So now, I edited the original pattern and added a little bit texture in them. Now I feel more satisfied. Another cute costume is ready to be knit! :)

If you already mastering basic knitting, basic decrease and increase, knitting in round, also basic seaming in knitting (all just basic btw), and know a little bit of crocheting (just making chain and crochet slip stitch actually), then you ready to this pattern.

I specifically write on how many needles used in process, so please read all the instruction. :)

I made this hat and cocoon in one size. baby up to 6 months. Hat: 33 cm (13 inches) in round and 14 cm (5.5 inches) in height -carrot top excluded-. Cocoon: 40 cm (16 inches) in round and 60 cm (23.5 inches) in total length. But you can easily make them into another size by changing the yarns weight and needles size.

The samples knitted in SA Poyeng yarn in 2 different solid colors, but feel free using any DK yarn that suited for 3.5 - 4.5 mm knitting needle.

What you need are = DK weight yarns in 2 solid colors (Main Color and a little bit supporting color).

You may not distribute or sell electronic or paper copies of this pattern, but you may sell the finished product, just please mention my name. :)

English is not my first language, so please email me if you find errors or suggestions for this pattern.

Thank you, hope you enjoy this pattern :)
