Little Gentleman Baby Set

Want to knit something simple but cute for a baby boy? Maybe you can try this vest and hat set. I made this in one size only. Suitable for you who want to try simple color-changing too. I hope you like it :D

The skills needed are: basic knitting, increase and decrease, and pick up. I using invisible ribbing bind off for every end of ribbing. You can learn about this technique from any knitting book or youtube.

I made this vest and hat in one size. But you can try to make them into another size by changing the yarns and needles into bigger or smaller ones.

Finished size = baby up to 6-8 months Vest= chest: 53 cm/21 inches; height: 31 cm/12.3 inches hat= circumference: 36 cm/14 inches; length: 15.5 cm/6 inches

The samples knitted in SA Poyeng yarn in 2 different solid colors, but feel free using any DK yarn that suited for 3.5 - 4.5 mm knitting needle.

What you need are = DK weight yarns in 2 solid colors, needle suitable for the yarn, darning/tapestry needle, buttons for the vest.
