I actually made this sweater for my BTS Mattel doll. It slightly shorter in height, but I guess have same body size as regular Ken doll (not the old version, because I heard they had bulky body). This sweater will also fit barbie and any 1:6 doll with slim or normal body.
This pattern using simple stockinette and ribbing, working in round, pick-up, basic decrease, and minimal seaming.
I made this in one size only. If you want a bigger size, try experimenting with bigger yarn and needles.
The samples knitted in 8 grams of fingering no brand local acrylic yarn in variegated color, but feel free using any fingering yarn that suited for 2.25 - 2.75 mm knitting needle.
What you need are = Fingering weight yarns in 1 color (will need a very small amount, so feel free using your leftovers from your previous project), 2.5 mm as main needle and 2.25 mm (US 1) for the brim, crochet hook for pick up, tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
